BAR-B-Q MEATS

We strive to provide a wide range of quality hand-made products for the busy bar-b-q season. The range of products includes the following:-

  • Lamb Kebabs – Lamb fillet in yoghurt and mint
  • Turkey Tikka Kebabs – fresh turkey breast in yoghurt and tikka
  • Spare Ribs – in a thick tasty bar-b-q marinade
  • Beef Burgers – made with lean ‘Scotch’ beef
  • Lamb Burgers – lean minced lamb with a delicate seasoning
  • Hong Kong Ribs – lean minced pork burger with added Chinese sauce
  • Minty Lamb Chops – Loin chops in an oil based mint marinade
  • Cajun Chicken – chicken portions in a tasty Cajun seasoning
  • Pork sausages – we offer a traditional plain pork sausage, a tasty sage pork sausage, a Toulouse sausage which is a plain pork sausage with red wine and garlic for added flavour. We also have a Chilli Pork Sausage which has a bit of a kick to it and is also gluten free.
  • ‘Specially selected Scotch beef steaks’ – Fillet, Porterhouse and Rump steaks are available as is rump in a chargrill sauce.
  • Duck Fillets – Gressingham duck fillets either plain or in a marinade.
  • Chicken portions – Boneless breasts, drumsticks or part-boned thighs
