‘We make you bake’ that is the key phrase for our pies. We make the pie and freeze it for you to bake from frozen at home. These are ideal if you want a hand-made pie with lots of top quality meat. All pies come with suggested cooking instructions for complete satisfaction.
Our range consists of:
Steak and Kidney
Steak, Mushroom and Guinness
Steak and Stilton – our steak pies are made with ‘Specially Selected Scotch’ rump steak – diced and trimmed.
Turkey and Ham – made with fresh turkey breast, and our own cured ham in a white parsley sauce.
Shepherd’s Pies – made with lean minced lamb and available in two sizes
Steak and Kidney Puddings – diced rump steak and lamb’s kidneys with a beef suet pastry and available in 2 sizes.
Beef Wellingtons – individual Wellingtons made with ‘Specially Selected’ fillet steak with a homemade chicken liver pate and mushrooms.
Lamb Tikka Bags – lean minced lamb with mushrooms, rosemary, garlic and thyme in a pastry parcel
Chicken Kiev’s – chicken escalopes around garlic butter wrapped in pastry
Chicken and Bacon Puffs – minced chicken and bacon with a light seasoning wrapped in pastry
