Chickens
Banham Poultry is our chosen supplier of chickens. Banhams are based in Attleborough, Norfolk. They supply top quality chickens which offer more flavour and tenderness than other faster growing birds.

Ducks
We sell Gressingham Ducks, which are bred specifically for their tenderness, flavour and meat yield. We sell both duck fillets and whole ducks, which can be cooked in our rotisserie. Gressingham Ducks are endorsed by Delia Smith in her ‘How to Cook Book Two’.

Turkeys
Kelly Turkey are our supplier of turkeys. We sell both his renowned Kelly Bronze Free Ranger and his Kelly White Turkeys. Kelly’s only use traditional slow growing breeds which offer both a superlative flavour and tenderness with incredible succulence. The highest welfare standards are strictly followed by this family run business.
